Accenture and OpenAI have announced a strategic collaboration focused on integrating advanced AI systems into large-scale enterprise environments. As part of the partnership, Accenture will provide tens of thousands of its professionals with access to ChatGPT Enterprise and expand training efforts through OpenAI Certifications.

This marks one of the largest coordinated deployments of generative AI tools within a global consulting and services workforce. Accenture plans to embed these capabilities across its consulting, operations and delivery teams, enabling the firm to apply its internal experience to client engagements involving AI implementation.
OpenAI will serve as one of Accenture’s primary partners for enterprise-focused AI solutions, including the development of systems capable of supporting multi-step tasks and workflow automation. The collaboration includes a new flagship AI client program that brings together OpenAI’s enterprise products with Accenture’s industry expertise and implementation playbooks.
This program is designed to help organizations adopt AI across a range of business functions, including customer service, supply chain, finance, and HR. Accenture will also use OpenAI’s AgentKit to help clients design and test custom AI agents intended to support operational workflows.
The partnership also establishes a feedback loop in which Accenture’s practical deployment insights contribute to the refinement of OpenAI’s enterprise tools and methodologies. By combining implementation experience with access to new AI capabilities, the two companies aim to support organizations that are integrating generative and agentic AI into their operations.
